From Los Patios processing facility in Huila. Produced by smallholder producers in the La Plata region. Depulped coffee is mixed with commercial peach concentrate and a proprietary fermentation solution developed by the Los Patios R&D team, then co-fermented for two days before drying for 12–16 days.
